Compusult Participating in CWIX 2012

Compusult will again be participating in the NATO Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXploration, eXperimentation, eXamination, eXercise (CWIX) 2012. These demonstrations, to be held from June 4 to June 22, 2012, provides NATO member Nations, Agencies, Commands, and Partners a stable, multi-domain, secure testing environment for C4ISR technologies to continuously improve interoperability and operational effectiveness. The CWIX vision is to support realization of Network Enabled Capability based operations across NATO and its partners.

Compusult will present its Web Enterprise Suite (WES) and GO Mobile solutions. Its WES technology and advanced Web-based geospatial portal interface will be deployed at CWIX 2012 to demonstrate Situational Awareness (SA) capabilities in two focus areas:

• Geospatial Services - Web Enterprise Suite (WES) will be used to demonstrate geospatial service interoperability for real-time and near real-time SA and C4ISR. Of particular interest is the ability to obtain SA information and content in near-real time on the classified domain from mobile devices operating on the unclassified domain.

• Mobile Computing - Compusult will demonstrate it's latest technology for mobile devices. GO Mobile is an app for iOS and Android based smartphones and tablets. It lets users easily discover and retrieve geospatial content and other data and services through secure wireless communications. With GO Mobile, field personnel can access vital information related to mission-critical events, keeping them informed and better equipped for enhanced decision support. With GO Mobile, each user's device can also act as a mobile sensor, capturing and sharing device location, pictures, videos, audio, and other details for enhanced Situational Intelligence.

This will be Compusult's 8th participation in CWIX, as it participated from 2001-2005, and most recently in CWIX 2011. A key objective for Compusult this year is to enhance information sharing at all classification levels, including unclassified data releasable to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). The company is looking forward to taking part in yet another successful CWIX event.
